The service was wonderful, the guides were awesome! Made the trip very fun and it was amazingly organized. Handled a large group of 20 very well. Highly recommended for a… read more visit and trip!

1) Arrived, terrible safety brief and an incredibly short and barely adequate description of controls. No driving licence check. Therefore did not have confidence that the other members of the… read more group could operate an ATV.
2) No practice off-road, started driving strait onto public roads. One young lady in a party of three had her ATV taken off her within 10 minutes as it became readily apparent she couldn’t operate one.
3) Poor maintenance, my quadbike steered to the left until I raised the issue. Staff complained that I just needed to steer then pumped my left tire up, to no effect. I asked to swap ATV with the instructor and he reluctantly agreed. His ATV had no issues.
4) The tour consisted of driving for 20 minutes on normal roads to an Aloe Vera plantation. This was nothing short of a sales pitch. Then off-road, absolutely great but only around 20 mins. Another stop by the sea for 30 mins, then 15 mins of riding and another stop by a cave this time for 40 mins. Finally 15 mins of excellent offroading and then 20 mins on public roads. I payed, not a small amount of money to go ATVing I feel a bit ripped off.
5) Throughout the ride the aforementioned party of three young ladies had been taking multiple ‘selfies’ while on the move and generally exhibiting silly behaviour. So much so that the rest of the group gave them a wide berth. This behaviour was not checked by the guides and was, in fact, often encouraged.
6) On the way back one of the young ladies crashed her ATV into the side of a car. She flipped into the air landed hurting her leg. This was a fairly major collision and I was very much concerned for her. I went to help and the staff were next to useless. They called their boss and started arguing about fault. It was only when I instructed them to phone an ambulance that they showed any concern for the girl. The crash caused substantial damage to the car, airbags activated, and completely destroyed the front of her quad. First aid training seemed to have not been a priority with this outfit.
I would not recommend this company!
